Barnard's Star b
A rocky sub-Earth (~0.4 M⊕) orbiting Barnard's Star, the closest single star to the Sun at 6 light-years. Confirmed in 2024 with the ESPRESSO spectrograph, it orbits every 3.2 days, and is accompanied by three more small planets — one of the lightest exoplanet systems known.
