Beehive

Praesepe (M44, the "Beehive") — one of the nearest open clusters at about 600 light-years, a naked-eye smudge in Cancer known since antiquity and first resolved into stars by Galileo. Around a thousand stars roughly 600-700 million years old; it shares its age and motion with the Hyades, hinting the two were born together.
