Charon

Pluto's largest moon, about half Pluto's diameter. Pluto and Charon orbit a shared center of mass outside Pluto itself, making them a near-binary system. New Horizons revealed Charon's vast canyons and a dark red polar region, likely formed from material escaping Pluto's atmosphere.
