HD 189733 b

One of the best-studied hot Jupiters, transiting a K dwarf ~64 light-years away in Vulpecula. Observations suggest a deep cobalt-blue color from silicate cloud particles — which, with ~8,700 km/h winds, may fall as molten glass rain. Its atmosphere was among the first to be mapped in detail.
