HD 209458 b

Nicknamed "Osiris", ~158 light-years away in Pegasus. The first exoplanet observed transiting its star (1999) and the first with a detected atmosphere. Orbiting every 3.5 days, it is slowly evaporating, trailing an enormous tail of escaping hydrogen.
