Perseus Cluster

Abell 426, one of the most massive nearby clusters, ~240 million light-years away in the constellation Perseus. The brightest X-ray cluster in the sky, dominated by the giant elliptical NGC 1275 — an active galaxy whose supermassive black hole drives sound-wave ripples through the hot intracluster gas, producing the famous "B-flat 57 octaves below middle C".
